Advanced NLP-Master Curriculum – EANLP

This advanced level of training focuses on career-oriented applications of NLP, highlighting how methods and techniques can be effectively used in professional settings such as education, healthcare, or business.

Participants deepen their existing NLP Master skills through specialised formats and tools tailored to their chosen field of application.

A certified EANLP NLP Master qualification is required to enroll in this training.

The program includes a minimum of 65 hours of training, delivered over at least 9 days, with optional supervision (10 hours) to support further integration and reflection.

CURRICULUM

The prerequisite for this level of training is the completion of an NLP-Master EANLP program or an equivalent qualification.

The Advanced NLP-Master training focuses on professional applications in various fields (e.g., education, health, business, neuroscience, sports, etc.) and deepens the skills acquired during the Master-level training.

Participant Requirements

Certificate of completion for NLP-Practitioner
NLP-Master EANLP certification or equivalent

Duration

Minimum training duration: 65 hours, including testing, distributed across nine (9) or more training days
Optional supervision: 10 hours of individual or group supervision, conducted by a certified NLP lead trainer (Master Trainer)
Recommended: 20 hours of group study for further consolidation of acquired knowledge

Implementation

The training must be conducted by at least one certified NLP lead trainer (Master Trainer)
The certified lead trainer must deliver at least 80% of the total training time

Assistance

If necessary, the training may be supported by an assistant
The assistant must hold at least an NLP-Master EANLP certification or equivalent

Trainer Qualification

The lead trainer must have been a certified EANLP Master Trainer for at least 3 years
Must have conducted at least 3 NLP-Practitioner and 2 NLP-Master trainings

Preconditions

Prior to the training, the training project, including all informational and promotional materials, must be submitted for approval to the EANLP Certification and Training Committee
Trainers will receive a written response within 14 days
The trainer must also submit their qualification documents to the committee prior to the training

Training Group Size

A training group must consist of at least six (6) participants

Participant Skills and Certification Criteria

Professional self-management, emotional stability, stress resilience, ability to compromise and make decisions
Has personally integrated the presented content and is capable of using it responsibly

Minimum Content Requirements

Advanced-level NLP techniques, such as:

Meta-programs
Advanced Timeline work
Core Transformation
Working with the “Inner Team”
Social Panorama
Advanced work with values and beliefs, etc.

The content may also include application-specific domains, such as health, education, sports, business, and neurobiology.
It provides further integration and specialisation of NLP methods at the Master level, with tailored applications in specific fields of activity.

Written Assessment – Advanced NLP-Master

A mandatory written assessment verifies the transfer of minimum content and supports quality assurance in NLP training
The test should demonstrate integration and cognitive understanding of the presented content
The structure and content of the assessment are at the discretion of the certified NLP lead trainer
Participant materials must be archived for 3 years
During this period, the EANLP Training and Certification Committee reserves the right to request the full archive or selected extracts for review

Practical Assessment – Advanced NLP-Master

The design and content of the practical test are at the discretion of the certified NLP lead trainer and should reflect the life and professional experience of the participants
The practical assessment allows graduates of the Advanced NLP-Master curriculum to demonstrate, in a congruent way, the integration of the learned NLP techniques

Advanced NLP-Master Certificate Content

The Advanced NLP-Master EANLP certificate must include the following details:

Statement of compliance with EANLP standards
Statement of compliance with the Advanced NLP-Master EANLP curriculum
Title: Advanced NLP-Master EANLP
Specification of the application domain (e.g., health, education, sports, business, neurobiology) may be mentioned in the certificate text, but not in the title
EANLP seal
Duration of training in days and training hours
Calendar dates of the first and last day of training
Signature of the certified NLP lead trainer
