NLP-Master Curriculum – EANLP
The prerequisite for this training is a certified NLP Practitioner qualification recognised by the EANLP or similar.
The NLP Master training builds upon the foundations established in the Practitioner level, placing the concepts in a broader and more complex context. Participants are introduced to additional models and advanced methods of NLP.
The training includes a minimum of 135 hours, delivered over at least 18 days, and also involves 15 hours of supervision to support practical integration and personal development.
CURRICULUM
Participant Requirements
  • NLP-Practitioner EANLP certification or equivalent
  • Emotional stability
  • Technical equipment for online participation
Trainer Qualification
  • Lead trainer certified by EANLP or equivalent, who has conducted at least three (3) Practitioner trainings

The prerequisite for synchronous online training is that all participants are continuously visible and audible, and can interact with one another in real-time.
Group Size
  • A training group must include at least six participants.
Assistants
  • Assistants with at least NLP-Practitioner EANLP certification or equivalent are recommended for every nine participants and mandatory for every twelve participants.
  • If synchronous online training is used in a blended or hybrid format, assistants must have sufficient digital skills to support the technical setup or intervene in case of technical issues.

Its purpose is to demonstrate the following technical and methodological competence:
  1. Values
  2. Beliefs
  3. Group/systemic work
  4. Sleight of Mouth
  5. Modeling
  6. Meta-programs

The content and format of the written test are at the discretion of the certified NLP lead trainer.
Participant test materials must be archived for 3 years. During this period, the EANLP Training and Quality Assurance Committee has the right to request the entire archive or specific excerpts for review.
Practical Assessment for NLP-Master
The design and content of the practical test are also at the discretion of the certified NLP lead trainer, and should be adapted to the participants’ life and professional experience.
The practical assessment allows NLP-Master graduates to demonstrate behavioural integration of NLP axioms and advanced NLP techniques in a congruent manner. This includes:
  • Perceptual ability
  • Personal change work (with self and others)
  • Rapport skills
Graduates of the NLP-Master training by EANLP are expected to master relational dynamics, state management, perceptual shifts, and personal transformation work, and to apply these competently at any time.

The EANLP NLP-Master certificate must include the following:
  1. Statement of compliance with EANLP standards
